This platform has been created to enhance and enrich your learning at the London Nautical School. Its purpose is to provide you with an audience for your work (or work-in-progress) and you have the choice (by altering the ‘visibility’ of your posts) of whether your work on here is visible to the world, or only to your teacher.

Have you got any English homework this week?
Elliot’s English homework is to translate the insults of Petruchio into language he is more familiar with, and to explore the features of language that are prevalent in these insults. He will discover strong similarities between these and the cussing that occurs in his own social group.
The passage is available on the website and he can do the work in his online journal.
